Our client, Mateo Aranda from Argentina, discovered Foodline through an online search. He told our sales manager he needed vending machines for dry products. The machines did not need cooling or heating, and also did not need a product display window.
Our sales manager sent our product catalog and recommended a model with a large touch screen but no glass window. We sent specifications and asked about payment methods like banknotes or credit cards.
Mateo asked for pricing on 5 and 10 units. He wondered if we had any other models without cooling and without product display. Our sales manager explained the same model worked well for his needs.
