How Does It Work?

The basic grading process of the size grading machine is as follows: Feeding → Conveying → Size Sorting → Discharge

  1. Feeding – Produce to be graded enters the machine through the feed inlet.
  2. Conveying – A conveyor belt transports the produce into the grading zone.
  3. Size Sorting – Produce passes through grading gaps or apertures. Items of different sizes are directed to different outlets.
  4. Discharge – Produce of each size grade is discharged from its respective outlet and proceeds to the next stage of processing.
